No, to make an appointment you do not need a referral. However if you wish to claim some of the costs through Medicare, you will need to discuss this with your GP.

Menai: Yes, free parking is available within the complex of Menai Central, with an accessible space conveniently located near the entrance to the building. There is a small step in to the entrance of the clinic.

Miranda: Yes, there is limited street parking on Urunga Parade, however additional parking is available on neighbouring streets and in the Miranda Westfields parking facility. There is accessible parking available at the front of the building, however it is limited and subject to availability.

Menai: Yes, there is bus services that stop along Menai Road and Carter Road. 

From there it is a 5-10min walk to our clinic (160m-200m).

Miranda: Yes, multiple transport services are available. 

Miranda Train Station is located 190m from our Building (2min walk).

Bus Services available that stop next to Miranda Westfields shopping centre along Urunga Parade and Kiora Road. It is a 2min walk to our Building.

Menai: Entry is street level, however there is a small step in to the entrance of the clinic.

Miranda: Entry is street level. We are located on Level 2, however automatic doors and lifts are located within the Building. 

Should there be any issues concerning access to the clinic, please contact us, and we will find a solution.

You may feel nauseous whilst we determine the cause of your symptoms. 

For this reason, we strongly recommend for your Initial appointment, that you take anti-nausea medication 30 minutes prior, as well as having someone drive you. 

If possible, please wear shoes that are easy to get on and off, as you may have some post-treatment precautions that require limited movement.
