Cancellation Policy

Here at Shire Balance Clinic, we understand that situations may arise in which you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you contact us with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that appointment time.

Any cancellations or reschedule of an appointment within 12 hours will incur a cancellation fee ($50).

If no prior notice is provided, and you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, this will result in a fee of 50% of your treatment charge.
